Medicinal Chemistry Conferences The Netherlands
The foundation "Farmacochemie Congressen Nederland" was established in 1974 in connection with the first medicinal chemistry congress in Noordwijkerhout. This congress was the first in the series that later became the EFMC International Symposia on Medicinal Chemistry and at the same time the start of another series, the Noordwijkerhout - Camerino Symposia.
The foundation aims to promote Pharmacochemistry in the Netherlands, in particular by organizing international symposiums of high quality in our country. The modest capital of the foundation is maintained through the careful management of a surplus of the first symposia of the series in particular. The chairman of the board of the foundation is Prof. H. Timmerman.
