Medicinal Chemistry and Chemical Biology close to the hospital
The KNCV division Medicinal Chemistry & Chemical Biology (KNCV-MCCB) invites you to join a symposium on March 19th, 2026, that will be organized in Amsterdam. It will be a good opportunity for the community to come together and discuss recent developments. The symposium aims to meet and catch up, with scientific lectures and ample opportunities for discussions also during lunch, posters and drinks in the afternoon.
Early-career researchers are encouraged to submit an abstract to present their work as an oral presentation or poster. The best AiO presentation will be awarded travel to, registration and a presentation slot at the EFMC-ISMC 2026 conference in Basel! Deadline for abstract submission: Febr 16.
There is a max capacity of 110 seats and 30 posters, please register early.
Programme. We are inviting PIs from different institutes in The Netherlands to give lectures.

Auditorium O|2 Labgebouw De Boelelaan 1108 | 1081 HZ Amsterdam
(easy to reach by public transport via NS station Amsterdam Zuid WTC and tram- and bus station VUmc; and also by car via A10, parking is available but expensive: 30 euro).
We will welcome guests at 10:00 hours and make sure there is enough time for catching up with colleagues.
